Great start to morning!

The peanut butter banana pie is excellent (one of the best I've had) but the pretzel croissant was not fantastic.

Great coffee and bakery.

Convenient location. Food is good. Price is reasonable for its location. Usually very busy. Service is not great due to being busy and staff seem they don't want to be there. Can't handle English very well.

Lovely atmosphere, my go-to place for rest of mind, good house wines and comfort food.

Very good cafe bakery and restaurant inside Shinagawa station. As much bread as you want. Select your main dish, and a dressing (raspberry, lemon, miso ginger, or Italian). Serving is salad, hummus, diced tomato, roasted carrot, roasted sweet potato, and the main dish - we chose fried fish with lemon dressing, and classic roasted chicken with miso ginger dressing.

Great place to have breakfast if you are catching a train . The freshly baked breads and muffins are awesome and the coffee is good . Very busy but worth the stop

Amazing. Eggs Benny was off the hook and a perfect size. Too many delicious looking pastries. Latte was also tasty.

Had a nice cup of coffee and scone.

Nice selection of pastries and bread! One of the few bakeries I've found that sells sourdough but they don't always have it on sale and it seems to sell out quickly. The cafe/bakery and restaurant parts are separate, the restaurant part is where you can get the toasted sandwiches and lunch sets but if you're just after a coffee and something from the bakery, there's separate seating. This place is often busy but it's worth popping in to check for seats because the bread, cookies and cakes are all delicious!

Nice environment. You stand in line and order. They give you a ticket. There is a line that is to the right of the one to order things which is where you pick up the drinks from. Then take the number assigned and sit and the food will be delivered to you. Orange juice was good.

Delicious and nicely cooked breakfast set,. A great way to start a day, if you are not too busy

Great coffee, sweets and an island of calm within Shinagawa.

Excellent Eggs Benedict, prices are reasonable and the service is top notch!

Despite its location in a very busy mall/train station, I love the ambiance and the food here! I've gone here for brunch, lunch, and dinner and all have been great. Lots of hearty choices that remind me of brunch spots in cities like Seattle and New York (where City Bakery come from). Great bread options too which you can bring from the bakery area to the restaurant to eat.

Stylish cafe having a good selection of baked goods. They are good. Latte is not bad (itΓ’β¬β’s just my preference). May come back and stop by if itΓ’β¬β’s not too crowded next time :)And will try the restaurant for sure!

BEST COOKIES in Japan. This place has the best cookies. The cookies are rich, buttery and are full of flavor. They take me back to my childhood days, having fresh homemade cookies with a cold glass of milk.

Very good for breakfast and coffee. The breads they serve and pastries they serve are particularly good. Food (meals) are a little expensive, I would recommend sticking with the breads and pastries. Seating can be difficult during lunch times.

A little expensive but I love the cappuccino and eggs Benedict are excellent. The people watching at 9am is amazing.

If u like gooey in the centre French toast, u'd love it!On the sides is maple syrup and savory whipped cream.
Alexander Stooshinoff
The service was great, which surprised me because the place is so busy. I really enjoyed the french toast. And if you like your Japanese dark roast, the coffee is actually pretty good. It's pricey, but I would go back.

I always visit when I go to Shinagawa (which is about once a year to renew my passport). They have great pastries and breakfast options and do an excellent coffee.

Great Cafe, good lunch menu, with refreshing lemonades.

Excellent coffee, and maybe the best French toast IΓ’β¬β’ve ever had.

This bakery has a lot of delicious sweet items and many Western-style desserts and sandwiches that are more uncommon in Tokyo. I had a wrap with smoked salmon, cream cheese and lots of lettuce, along with a coconut cookie. The coconut cookie had big shavings of coconut in it, not just the usual tiny flakes, and all the cookies came in two different sizes. I also saw rugelach pastries, which I don't see many other places. Lots of seating, including tables and bar seating.

Very kind employee, food is good, I liked manager's smile hehe

nice bread , really close to the shinkansen entrance, if you have to wait for your train better to come here than starbucks!
Pierre Chassaing
Absolutely amazing cakes, scones, cookies and pastries. We ate there at least once a day during our stay in Tokyo (and washed it all down with coffee from the nearby Starbucks). The maple-bacon biscuits were amazing but my favorite was the bakers muffin which is as if a croissant had a beautiful baby with a cinnamon bun.

Delicious but expensive.

best breakfast ever tried in my life

A fine selection of interesting pastries and the only place I could find a decent 'english' cup of tea near the train station. As a tourist, this American-style coffee house was a great place to grab a familiar snack to kick-start the day!
Bruce Wong
perfect atmosphere to enjoy breakfast

Lots of great baked goods from simple bread loaves to various savory and sweet buns that are staples of most bakeries in Japan. We go mainly for the cookies. My wife loves their oatmeal and raisin cookies. You can also get good coffee. I often get a iced mocha, but their simple drip is good too.

Nice environment and location. The breakfast was great; French toast was delicious!

Pretzel croissant is worth trying. Not only salty butter flavor but also sophisticated flavor is inside of the croissant. I think rice flour is one of ingredients, I don't know whether it is customized for Japanese or not though. Staffs are friendly. Missing star is for price. I would like to visit here everyday if price is lower.

Delicious bakery with a nice atmosphere. Not too pricey and the products are fresh. Ideal to come with your date, by yourself or with friends. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend you to try their oatmeal cookies!

Wonderful bakery goods.

Nice selection of cakes, cookies, scones and sandwiches. The croissants are quite unique (heavy and salty), but delicious. The cafe latte tastes good as well (two choices of beans available, but and fruity). Recommended for breakfast, lunch is very average. Can get quite crowded on the weekend.

on the way to do some business, I bought some bread for a take home. Most of them turned out better than expected!especially the loaf bread.Reasonable price for good quality ingredient.

I love their cookies and wraps. Everything looked very appetizing.
